“With over 20 years of clinical, hands-on veterinary experience, I am no stranger to farming. My love of animals led me to pursue a degree in veterinary science and in 1998 I left my homeland of Trinidad and Tobago to work in Jamaica and I never looked back. In 2012, my family and I opened TrinJam Farm which was the fulfillment of a lifelong dream of mine - to own a little piece of Jamaica and inject my energy and enthusiasm for farming into the agricultural community. It’s been a wild ride with lots of ups and downs but I wouldn’t change it for the world.

I am blessed with the opportunity to pass on to my two sons, Noah and Liam, a love for animals, a passion for farming and the skills needed to grow Jamaican agriculture both ethically and sustainably.”

As a born Jamaican, I am proud to help feed my countrymen. Gabby and I have been married for over 15 years and counting. I support all farm operations, logistics and deliveries, but I’m mainly known for my contribution to the test kitchen. I still maintain that all the lamb I eat is purely & selflessly to ensure “meat quality control”. It’s a tough job but somebody has to do it!
